{UAH} Kabale residents have renewed calls that the Rwanda government compensates them

Kabale residents have renewed calls that the Rwanda government compensates them for the property destroyed and items consumed during the war that brought the Kigali regime to power. In a petition to be presented to H.E YKM when he visits the district on Tuesday, Kabale residents contend that RPA soldiers (rebels then) ate their cows, goats, sheep, sweet potatoes and also depleted their land of trees between 1990-1994 but has never compensated them for the losses
