{UAH} Land Rights & Native Title

Ugandans must seek to cancel all land titles in the territory of
Uganda that were created by the British Protectorate Government. The
land titles were created by the British Protectorate Government to
steal land from the natives whom, under their own culture and land
rights had a formal way of sharing and distributing land which system
is call customary land rights.

The above implies the central government has to renegotiated with the
natives to get land for local governments under which land for
infrastructure like roads, utilities and amenities can be leased .
