{UAH} Agreement signed for Philippines subway
The Philippines begins a major subway innovation that will revolutionise its transport system. A public-private partnership agreement has been signed for construction of a US$3.5bn subway in New Manila City, also known as the city of Makati. The construction will start immediately and is projected to be completed in 2025..It will cut journey times from 2 hours to just 10 minutes. Countries like the Philippines were at a similar level of development with Uganda in 1962, but they are now entering the 21st century, while Uganda under the corrupt and feral misrule by Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni has slid back into the dark ages, with thousands of boda boda motor cycles clogging and littering nearly every road in the country.. Travelling across Kampala, a distance of less than 3 miles, can sometimes take 5 hours.
