BILAD AL SUDAN
- The initial signature is now directly between the FFC and TMC
- The final signing on August 17, the appointment of the Sovereign
Council on August 18, the announcement of the Prime Minister on August
20, the formation of the Cabinet on August 28,
-The first meeting of the new government on 1 September
The constitutional document between the Forces of Freedom and Change
and the Transitional Military Council has been fully agreed and the
formal signing of the constitution as outlined above
