It is sad that Mary Nagirinya dies in such a brutal way at that tender age.
We will certainly know how she died and for what reasons.
Notice that she had a kid , a husband though working outside Uganda.
She was a deputy director at CIDI in Muyenga implying she was earning
good money in Uganda. She could afford a relatively good life.
