{UAH} One Thousand Shilling Economy Daily
Despite the committed investment in road network, Uganda largely
remains a UGX 1000 shs (one thousand shilling) economy a day for
majority citizens. That is the money a good number of citizen (>70%)
will probably spend without asking what happened to the money!
Ugandans in the diasporas especially those working in urban councils
can advise on how the above monetary condition in Uganda can be
changed.
I've written enough and it doesn't change anything!
For Museveni and NRM, the stand is such that once Uganda has a basic
wage the industry will collapse – but rural dwellers are pushed to
produce more agro-produce where 40% -60% post harvest goes to waste!
Lango is not producing more chicken and indeed Kigezi is not producing
more cabbages or irish potatoes.
Unlike Musevenomics, the Cobb Douglas Production Function suggests
something different particularly with the major factors of production
capital and labour.
Milton Keynes suggested pumping money into the economy and extract the
access via taxes and savings. It worked for a good 70 years for Europe
and their economies have not rock bottomed as yet if they can
radically change basic things.
Unlike post WWII Europe and Uganda (Africa) has a reserve of
investment not only in infrastructure but utilities and amenities - to
generate better daily shilling economy.
what do you say? Tell this government what to do!
