How exactly can Uganda make here 48 universities attractive to
students from the USA, Europe and Asia (China)?

Will recruiting more USA, European, Chinese Professors and Researchers
into these institutions make it easier to have the students suffering
heavy debt burden to undertake their undergraduate, graduate, post
graduate studies in Uganda?

Moreover Europe has a high school drop out of > 40% in pre primary
education can Uganda utilise the opportunities by Uganda diasporas
starting joint international schools in Uganda?

There is need for serious debate
