IF I STAY INSIDE A NATIONAL PARK, AM I ENTITLED TO A SHARE OF THE FEES.

First things first, Friends, you are not an animal to stay in the national park. A National Park is a designated area for animals not human beings. If your doing so, you are illegally staying there because under the law, a person commits an offence if they reside inside the National park unless he/she has a permit from the Executive Director.

National Parks are protected areas for the preservation of wild life and wild plants. The ownership of the wildlife and plants is vested in the government of Uganda on behalf of, and for the benefit of the people of Uganda.
All the fees and moneys collected goes to Consolidated fund for the benefit of all Ugandans. Therefore, a person who stays inside a national park with or without a permit is not entitled to the share of the fees in whichever way. If this is happening anywhere, it is illegal.
