Have a look at the loan amortization schedule temperate.
I am reliably told that in USA for example one can raise 4, 5 , 10
million dollars and that would be your good investment to generate a
reasonable capital to invest in real estate in Oraba, Nimule , Kabale,
Kampala , Jinja. That is to say money will be working for you.
Even if the bank in North America take some 2% at 4.5% - 5% you will
still make money.
African can also become billionaires by thinking strategically.
