{UAH} The State, Institutions and Being African

Gen Idi Amin's army was never feed on posho and unprocessed beans.

How did they feed then?

Every soldier and his or her family was given packaged food rations.
The food was processed here at Kawempe and Soroti.

This food among others, contained high protein biscuits , canned
beans , canned beef from soroti meat packaging factory. From
government farms and army farms across the country like Bombo Army
farm, they got rice, fresh meat, peas, and other food items.

Why can't any government including that of Museveni make sure that 8
million children can get food rations or packages when all over the
developed world including Asian countries that is the norm?

Private primary and secondary schools should be banned.
