People get perverted in so many ways. This doctor is not accused or raping his patients, but he obviously enjoyed fondling female genitalia for some perverted reason of his own. He got pleasure seeing naked women spreadeagled on his table so that he could use his fingers to explore their interior. Truly sick. I dont know how you sexologists can explain such perversion.
