{UAH} Bobi's presidential consultations hit a snag again

Police have spoken out on blocking the presidential hopeful Robert Kyagulanyi from holding consultative meetings saying he failed to submit his consultative strategy as agreed in a meeting between him, police and the Electoral Commission.

However, People Power pressure group says they fulfilled what was asked for.
