{UAH} Food for thought Rwandese in Uganda 25 years later.

By Joseph Tumushabe

Food for thought Rwandese in Uganda 25 years later.

Why did M7 influence the Constituent Assembly CA to include a tribe called Banyarwanda in Uganda's constitution of 1995?

Deliberate move for future fight or accidental error?

Might the Rwanda establishment be reading a new meaning in that move than they did before?

Did M7 have a plan then and justification now for annexing Rwanda onto Uganda? Has M7 ever shown respect to Kagame and Rwanda's sovereignty?

The Rwanda accusations are serious. Why would M7 be in bed with individuals who are rallying up rebellion and removal of Kagame's government?

Putin has successfully done a similar thing to Crimea where majority of people called themselves Russians rather than Ukrainians. We can't have Banyarwanda in Uganda because this name refers to a place where the people live. Remember Rwanda recently changed the constitution and the name Rwandese became Rwandans. This conflicts might be deeper than we think.
