{UAH} How do you manage land grabbing by authorities to make a road ?

How do you manage land grabbing by authorities to make a road that didn't exist thru your titled land without even compensation?
1. I think you first in involve, surveyors, local authorities and neighbours
2. You may have to seek for legal redress from the courts of law.
3. Find out if the road simply didn't exist or actually existed in the planned roads of the area!! From topographical maps of the area to local, council,municipal and district plans, these things can be provided for. So a road through your land is ok, except you should be compensated
