{UAH} Man in Kazo Hacks Ex-wife in cold blood

KIRUHURA- Police in Kazo District western Uganda has already mounted a hunt for a man who is alleged to have hacked his former wife to death.

On run is Tumwine in his 40's, a resident of Mwizi village, Bigusyo Parish, Buremba Sub County, Kazo District, said to have killed the ex wife for yet to be known reasons.

The deceased has been identified as Kamatenesi Agnes also in her 40's.

An eye witness who identified himself as Bwambale Douglas, a resident of the same area to www.theinformerug that the duo approached him as he was burning his bricks on Sunday night and bid farewell to him.

Bwambale adds that he was shocked to hear the death of Kamatenesi the following morning when actually the duo seemed not to be at war by the time he last saw them.

"This is unfortunate, the duo passed by me last night and they seemed to have resolved their long standing query which had forced them to break up some months ago" Bwambale narrating to our reporter on Monday.

 Mwizi village chairperson, Obadiah Bambeiha says Tumwine might have developed jealousy that the woman had become successful after the break up six months ago.

Police from Kazo Police station led by the Officer in Charge of Criminal Investigation Department, Anyine Nebert visited the scene and took the deceased'd body to Ruhoko Health Centre IV for post-mortem as investigations take course.
