{UAH} roads in Kasangati town council along Kitezi- Kitagobwa road

The situation of roads in Kasangati town council along Kitezi- Kitagobwa road, this town council is very swift to collect money from the smallest start up business in the area but they don't care about the kind of roads in their area.....who is the area MP?
