Honourable Nathan Nandala Mafabi Clarifies on 10B meant for Parliament to fight #COVID19.
"MPs have not been paid any money including their salaries this month.
But it was wrong to pass a budget which budget line I have checked and I cannot see the 20m for MPs.
If NRM MPs had agreed that a minority report on supplementary be debated which I agreed with, all the money was meant to be managed by Ministry of Health.
I have a proposal on any money of covid which I even aired on NTV on spot two weeks ago.
I will share my thoughts again on 20m. Because if you eat this money you will definitely suffer from #COVID19
I shared a report ICU in Uganda. Mbale has none.
Ambulances in Bugisu, we are the disadvantaged with the lowest coverage.
That was a reason I advanced that covid is an opportunity for us to equip our health units in the country.
Everyone is aware of covid in Uganda even a kid. So what more awareness!?
I have raised the issue when government why allow a motorcycle with a rider but not allow a vehicle with only driver!!!
