City Socialite Shanita Namuyimba a.k.a Bad Black has given the Ministry of Health 14 days to pay her money for the advert she featured urging sex workers to refrain from exposing their soft parts to truck drivers.
Her threats come after Precision Media, the company that contracted her to shoot the popular audio-visual message and Ministry of Health rubbished her claims of sh500m compensation after she was not paid.
Relaying her heartache to press, Bad Black blames her lack of instinct and foolish trust in the Ministry officials for predicament. "I trusted them (Health Ministry), which is why there was no prior agreement," She says.

In a lawsuit where she is asking for Sh500m, Bad Black who is represented by Musangala and Company Advocates relays that she was hoodwinked into recording the audio-video after her contact, Ronnex Tendo Kisembo of Precision Media promised to fast track a meeting between her and President Museveni. It was from that meeting that she was purportedly supposed to ask the president for her payment.
When Kampala Wire approached Precision Media's Tendo Kisembo for a comment, he said that Bad Black's allegations are full of falsehoods and need to be treated with utmost contempt. "She is trying to taint our company's proper intentions to support the government in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic," he said.
He maintains that there was no commercial contractual obligation whatsoever between Precision media, Shanita Namuyimbwa and the Ministry of Health . He reveals that the self-confessed sex worker was one of the many contacted for the patriotic cause.
"It wasn't Bad Black alone who was contracted. We (Precision media) approached other influential people like Health Minister Dr. Ruth Aceng, Health Permanent Secretary, Dr. Diana Atwiine, Mulago Hospital's head, Dr. Baterana Byarugaba, Hon. Ruth Nabbanja and , Rtd. Major Rubaramira Ruranga, all of whom consented to voluntary record audio-visual messages airing just like that of Bad Black. All this was a patriotic gesture," he detailed.
