Uganda's heroes day has been domed with the sudden death of General Kasirye Ggwanga whose legacy will always be remembered right from when he joined the army in the 70s up to when he had lost his life.
His legacy has been characterised with his controversial lifestyle compared to his fellow generals and this kept him unique and adored by the public.
Just as people around the globe have flooded social media praising the fallen soldier, country mourning, People Power leader and also Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi wine has penned down a warning message just after the republic of Uganda is mourning for her fallen field marshal Gen Kasirye Gwanga who gave in his last breath today the 9th of June on the day that the country celebrates its fallen heroes.
Bobi Wine amidst a sorrowful heart hailed his friend Gen Kasirye who was on of the few Generals whom he had shared a lot with and he also doubled as the only General who had promised him full support come the year 2026 if in case Bobi Wine was to contest adding on to the unending advises and open praises he used to show Bobi Wine.
Bobi wine posed questions on the death of Gen Kasirye Ggwanga starting with the way the general was arrested and detained in this quarantine time as the country witnessed the General's rampant complains on how he was not safe and tasked the government to leave him to depart to his home. which was all in vain.
Bobi Wine therefore used is a Facebook page and tasked those in authority to feed the nation for the actual death of the General as he posted that;
"The news of the death Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga is shocking. I had the opportunity of being his personal friend over a long time. We agreed and disagreed on many things, but every time I met him, there was a lot to learn.
Like many prominent people in this country, Gen. Kasirye's arrest, detention, and eventual death is shrouded in mystery. Like many Ugandans, I am hoping that those in authority will provide satisfactory answers. May his soul rest in peace".
