FIGHTING IN PUBLIC
Kasenge borrowed a lot of money from Ssenyonga and promised to pay back within one month. Kasenge didn't pay the money in the agreed period. Ssenyonga waited for one, two, three, four months. Kasenge had not get paid Ssenyonga. He had been dodging his friend Ssenyonga. Ssenyonga is not a joker so one day he pounced on Kasenge and the two started fighting.
Fighting in public is an offence and those who engage in it can be charged for committing Affray a criminal offence.
And they may be imprisoned for one year according to Section 79 of the Penal Code Act
