President Museveni is delivering on his promise to "industrialize" Uganda.
These factories, for the brief period they will last, will offer tangible economic benefits to Ugandans: jobs and taxes. Of the seven, I would want to see two - Sanitizer and Sanitary products - to succeed. Gum boot is distant third in my list. Booze and electronics can go.
