{UAH} BOBI WINE’S SHOCKING CABINET LEAKS

Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has formally unveiled his cabinet in a leaked document seen by this website.

The NUP leader together with his associates sat in 2018 and put together a list of leaders that will assume various ministerial positions in case Bobi Wine wins the presidency in the 2021 polls.

According to the document, Bobi Wine has lined up his family members, including Eddie Yawe (Minister for Kampala Affairs), Fred Nyanzi Sentamu (Minister for Local Government), and his wife Barbra Itungo (Minister of Gender Labour and Social Development).

Although this annoyed some of the NUP members, Bobi Wine defended his selections, noting that his brothers had been in politics before him and therefore experienced while his wife has been running an NGO which he said was in tandem with her imminent appointment.

This is the reason his two brothers, Yawe and Nyanzi are contesting for MP positions for Kampala Central and Kira Municipality respectively.

His friends and longtime associates such as Eddie (Mutwe) Sebuwufu and Ali Bukenya aka Nubian Li also walk away with key appointments in the office of the President. Mr. Sebuwufu will be a special presidential assistant while Nubian Li will be the minister for the presidency.

As expected, according to the five-page document, Mr. Joel Ssenyonyi who is the current spokesman of the National Unity Platform will be the Minister for Information and National Guidance while he maintains his role as government spokesperson.

Other appointments include Jamil Mukulu whose choice is based on his wide range of connections regionally and across the world. It is believed by members of the NUP that Mr. Mukulu will bring a number of contacts that will help their party to mobilize resources.

Inside sources told this website that the rebel leader, who has been fighting President Museveni's government, will be freed and all charges against him dropped.

Mukulu faces 19 counts including murder terrorism, attempted murder, aggravated robbery, and being a member of a terrorist organization, ADF.

It is, therefore, no surprise that members of NUP are among the majority of people that have been visiting Mr. Mukulu at Luzira maximum prisons.

Former FDC stalwart Kassiano Wadri is also lined up for an appointment as Minister of Defense and Security while Dr Stella Nyanzi, who is running for Kampala Woman MP seat, is set to become Minister of Education.

However, ever since the cabinet was drawn up, a lot has changed given that Dr Stella Nyanzi and Kassiano Wadri have now found new homes in FDC and ANT respectively.

Other appointments include Muhammad Ssegirinya, former Kampala City Mayor Nasser Ntege Ssebagala, and James Mubiru. The two are both running for Parliamentary posts in the 2021 elections.
