Second national lock down looms as covid19 virus cases surge past 2000 mark! President Museveni who is set to address the nation tomorrow evening on the progress of Government fight against covid19 is most likely to announce drastic measures meant to tame the virus that has infected thousands and left scores dead since the partial easing a few months ago. Curfew is more likely to be reinstated to 7 pm and public transport suspended among other measures. Stay tuned.
