The 5 years of "The Peoples Government" are also up. But we are yet to see the liberation it has been talking about, nor are we hearing about any free, fair & exemplary polls for Ugandans to choose the next "Peoples President" from. Without terms or term limits, the peoples government was from the onset just a "Dictatorship of Change".
