{UAH} Entebbe:Youth Council Polls stall amid heavy guard in Kiwafu.

The youth council elections for Kiwafu parish in Entebbe Municipality have hit a second stallment as they go into day two of the polling exercise after the police and military deploy heavily.

Some arrests party agents and votes belonging to the Democratic Party have been made and detained at Entebbe Central Police Station.

The NRM is in the spotlight again for allegedly dishing out bribes to members of the Democratic Party in order to influence the vote.
