{UAH} He has been the best MP in the 10th Parliament!

Classifying anyone as the "most successful" at anything tends to reflect more on the source than the subject. So keep that in mind when I make the following statement: Hon. Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has been the best Member of Parliament in the 10th parliament of Uganda. The way he speaks in public is a maddeningly durable genre, recognizable to pretty much everyone who has lived in Uganda the last 5 years. He is a good writer, too—his articles in the observer are always informative. He was among the original founders of the term—'PEOPLE POWER' and the 'red dressing' –while opposing the removal of the presidential age limit( TOGIKWATAKO). Those in Kira municipality are lucky to have him as their MP, and should do everything possible to ensure that he comes back, God willing!
