{UAH} Condolences to Mr. Mugume's family

I wish to send my condolences to the family of late Mugume Stephen( R.I.P). He was our teacher  at Kibuli S.S-- a very good teacher--- he used to teach us political education,  facilitated the formation of political education club at the school,  and he was involved in teaching the General paper and physical education. Most importantly,  he taught us displine. Please accept our deepest sympathy.
