{UAH} CONGRATULATIONS CHARLES OLUKA & TABAN AMIN (Photo)

My personal congratulations to Lt. Col. Charles Oluka (right in attached picture) on being appointed Director General of Uganda's Intelligence, the Internal Security Organization (ISO). And congratulations to my own brother Taban Amin (left) on being appointed Charles' Deputy. The two worked well together a few years ago so I can only see a continued cordial working relationship on national security.
