GERMANY EMBASSY DISMISSES SELF FROM FAKE GEN TUMWIINE REPORTS.
The Embassy of German in Uganda has through a tweet distanced itself from fake and malignant social media stories that the country was holding Minister for Security General Elly Tumwiine.
Germany Ambassador to Uganda, Matthias Scauer has also reiterated the message as outrightly dismissed the reports as 'baseless and unworthy' of sustained attention.
The reports allege that the Minister is being held after he traveled to the country recently but this is clearly false as Airports worldwide have been closed for months now.
The source and intention of the reports is still unknown but sources assure this media outlet that the honorable Minister and War General is safe and free to carry out his duties like before.
