Those who have ears should pay heed attentively!

When I worked in West Nile I used to see old men especially in Yumbe and Koboko who were said to be former UA officers. Some of them had fought alongside Juma Oris and Ali Bamuze. People said they were young and powerful in the 70s, they drove around in military Jeeps and they could act as they pleased. They could still speak a smattering of Luganda when they engaged we NGO workers from the South.
But boy had time been unkind to them. They lived as paupers. A lot of the untouchables today need to see them and come back down to earth
