WE CANNOT JOIN FORCES WITH PEOPLE POWER PRESSURE GROUP - AMURIAT TO NUP.
The latest developments have left the opposition in Limbo with no specific strategy to defeat the NRM but rather with an every man for himself and God for us all approach which is set to see them break and divide their supporters in key contests.
The NUP had also already declared that they were not looking for allies ahead of the forthcoming elections and went ahead to appoint nominees and flag bearers for various elective posts across the country.
It is widely believed that the opposition stand no chance against the NRM bar the strengths of individual candidates among the electorate.

-- Forum for Democratic Change President Patrick Amuriat has dismissed any chance for a coalition between his party and the National Unity Platform which he described as a Pressure Group that is yet to attain political maturity.
The revelation comes amidst raised tensions between the two groups that are expected to challenge the ruling National Resistance Movement ahead of the 2021 general elections. Last week Kampala Woman MP Naggai Nabillah also hit out strongly against her former party, FDC after she crossed over to the NUP where she was handed the flag to stand for the City Mayor position against Elias Lukwago of FDC.
