{UAH} Why Biharwe is ideal for real estate and Hospitality Industry.

Biharwe is one of the fastest developing urban areas in Mbarara municipality. It's located approximately 12 Kilometers East of Mbarara city its placement along Masaka-Mbarara high approximately 278 kms from Kampala city edges it further to investment opportunity advantage.

It borders Kiruhura district west and south, Rubaya Sub County in the north and on the east Mbarara town. It was initially in Biharwe Sub County which was annexed to Mbarara town in 2014 to now Biharwe division. It has

Its strategic location makes it potential for investing in home, commercial and tourism hotels.  You would wonder why traffic along Mbarara central business town to Biharwe increases especially morning and evening hours. Unlike other towns out of Mbarara central business, it's only Biharwe that has small taxis operating on this rather short route, with a host of boda bodas. This is so mainly because most of the people especially middle income earners have potentially chosen to stay here, the land here is relatively cheap but also the area remains the fastest growing division in Mbarara city.

The traffic here in the morning and evening hours remains high in other areas outside Mbarara city centre.

The cost of land here varies in location, away from the high way the cost of land becomes cheaper.

At the town center, along the main road a plot of land 50 by100ft goes between Shs 80 to 100 million but as you move away from the town, the same plot goes for between Shs 4-15 million.

Deep inside you can still get the same land for Shs 3-5 million.(4km off the tarmac)

But getting land here you have to be careful because of land fraudsters who pretend to be dealers and end up duping people.
