a case in the mid 1980s in the present day Kaliro District (formerly part of Kamuli District), when the UPC regime fell....a regime Sycophant called Eliot Waako was slaughtered using a chainsaw. This was in retaliation to his being party to the regime that people perceived had grossly abused their Rights
