{UAH} Kibuli Muslim Faction Used Bobi Wine As Bait To Get Cars From M7 – Mirundi Discloses, Narrates How Sheikh Muzaata’s Widow Was Fought For Asking for Her Husband’s Share

There is ongoing verbal fight between the office of the Supreme Mufti of Kibuli based Muslim faction and the family of the late Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata Batte over president Yoweri Museveni's car donation.

Muzaata's family through their family friend and also a senior presidential advisor on media Joseph Tamale Mirundi insist that the late's family must be given a car.

"All along I thought that those Muslims at Kibuli are rich, but Muzaata's death has exposed them, they have been harassing Kuluthum Muzaata Nabunya, one of the widows to the extent of embarassing her in the media because she tried to claim for her husband's share of the cars given to them by the president," Mirundi said.

He revealed that Kuluthum asked the leadership of Kibuli to give her the car which was supposed to be given to her late husband since he was among the sheikhs who lobbied State House for the cars.

Mirundi added that surprisingly, Kibuli Muslim leadership has been using National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine to pressurises Museveni to consider them during this campaign season or they rally their people to support the musician cum politician.

He added that not that the Kibuli Muslim leadership have been given cars, Bobi Wine will no longer be allowed to attend their functions.

President Museveni donated 11 brand new cars to Kibuli Muslim leadership but the distribution of these vehicle has divided the Muslim community and created fierce fights among them.

Efforts to reach Supreme Mufti Sheikh Sulaiman Kasule Ndirangwa for a comment were futile since he was not picking our calls.
