The number of COVID19 patients in need of intensive care at Mbarara regional referral hospital has grown by leaps and now there is fear the pressure could collapse the system.
The situation is not very different in Masaka where there is inadequate personal protective equipment for workers, delayed allowances, and insufficient supply of much-needed oxygen.
