dictator of 35 years Gen. Yoweri Museveni. 

Second Half Hour: Presumptive election winner, 38-year-old Afro-beat star turned politician, Bobi Wine and his wife Barbie, who are under house arrest with 500 soldiers surrounding their home and no one allowed in or out speaks with Black Star News Show and other media. The couple has run out of food and when the U.S. ambassador Natalie Brown tried to visit them she was blocked by Gen. Museveni's soldiers.
