Samson kasumba: Other countries are discussing mass testing, COVID vaccines, and climate change. In Uganda, we are talking about going back into a bloody election.
Think about all the conversations we have had since November, a bloody nomination that left the city in a mess, then we went into a messy campaign and we ended up in a messy election and now in a staggering post-election period.
We are losing time and other countries are moving fast, shall we ever move on? Can we discuss coffee bills? Sugar bills or even the way forward with a stimulus package for COVID-19 for businesses?
