{UAH} WHEN DO I NEED A NOTARY PUBLIC?

WHEN DO I NEED A NOTARY PUBLIC?
If you make local or international documents such as sale and purchase agreements, transfer of land agreement, powers of attorney, wills, affidavits, or official oaths (when you swear on a document), you may need notary public to witness these documents. For example, if you want your sale agreement to be accepted in another country, then you will need a Notary Public to sign and stamp your document.
Sometimes, your identification or academic documents may have different names and you need to prove that you are one and the same person all those documents are referring to. You may need a notary public to sign and stamp your documents to verify that they refer to you (this is called 'to seal')
