{UAH} DO YOU SEE WHAT AM SEEING:

 

The 10bn was just a trigger! As things are now, you either ally with M7 to destroy Kadaga and Parliament as an institution OR with Kadaga against the visionary.The subject was the 10bn given to MPs but the subtext now is a showdown between the most powerful woman in Uganda's politics and the president of  Uganda.

 Kadaga says, "I've also complained about attacks on Parliament by the Judiciary & the Executive. Further, I've told MPs to only adhere to the guidelines that I gave them; on how to expend the 20m/- that each received".Is this a declaration of War....since the Speaker is calling MPs to ignore the directive of the only man with a vision?

From where am seated,I have a clear view of the battle field. For now Kadaga has the biggest number of  " 317 Museveni's heroes" that teamed up with the army to forcefully ammend the Constitution so that Mr.Museveni could qualify to be a candidate in the 2021 elections. I have this evening peeped into the WhatsApp group of the 317 MPs and I cant believe what I have read in there as posted by the Nrm MPs against Museveni!

On the other side Museveni is basking in the popular support of Ugandans( read, the elite in social media)....Unfortunately for him, the villages are not in that thing ,I hear its not the work of MPs to pay your child's fees.... They want their MPs to get money and spend it on them ( I have done the sampling in my Constituency and I know what am talking about). So Mr.Museveni has the elite whom he has "won" over recently and ofcourse his army plus funds enough to buy him support.

Either Museveni and Kadaga camp reconcile very fast or we are to see the Mother of all wars...For how long will Kadaga be able to mantain and retain the support of the Nrm MPs OR how quickly is Museveni going to buy them back ?

By the way things are, this is not my War....let me sit aside and watch...gyebinakira. My prayer is that ............. Musule bulungi.
