{UAH} WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PLAN FOR UGANDAN OIL REVENUES!

Unless all oil revenues are already consumed by the spiralling debt burden, the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development must present a national plan showing new grand projects and new government services to be implemented from all the projected oil revenues.
