{UAH} The Chair that led to a lion's death

What kind of a CHAIR gives a UPDF General a fall that sends him on sick leave at home to meet his death? Did the General fall off a chair or a ladder? Did the police confuse a ladder for a chair? People fall off ladders cleaning gutters of their homes. Was the General cleaning gutters to his office using a ladder or chair? Did the General have a known underlying health condition that could have kicked in and disoriented him to fall off the legendary chair?  

Anyway, me I fear people who shower me praises. This  is the reason I deliberately choose to be immune to flattery.  I hear "Lion of Mogadishu". Is he the only General who went to Mogadishu and applied the "Law of the Jungle"? These things attract negative attention. 

A prominent Catholic Bishop dies at his home this year after a fall from a bathroom. 

An attempt is made on another General's life missing him by a whisker but taking the life of his daughter. 

The Kabaka of Buganda comes out from his palace after a while looking not so well freaking out his subjects like what the hell is going on? 

Then a decorated young UPDF Officer falls off a chair and dies from his home. 

Stop praising people in an environment that attracts them dangerous attention. 

Folks who target and close NGOs just to cripple individuals who criticize them for human rights violations can engage in deliberate targeted elimination. 

Once a regime is at a stage of a latent succession plot to install a non popular individual, then potential centers of resistance to their future plans have to be crippled one by one to reduce impact. 

More people are going to keep falling in bathrooms and off chairs. See, today Gen.Katumba Wamala is possibly the only UPDF General with national name recognition from Central Uganda and was supposed to be unplugged right after a vocal catholic cardinal fell to his death in a bathroom. 

I doubt Gen.Katumba Wamala has officially been convincingly briefed why an assassin honestly wanted him dead months ago. Katumba may not be politically vocal but has national name recognition.Of course Katumba Wamala using his own methods or in his gut knows why someone has him on his radar and he is trapped by many factors. 

People who use extra judicial executions of 100s of unarmed young people for protesting against government not once, not twice but every time people come out to express their grievances and are not remorseful about it should not surprise anyone if they engage in targeted eliminations of prominent people even those within their circles.  As long as those individuals present a negative risk profile to the political  intentions of the plotters; a creeping targeted elimination is underway. 

The calculation of the plotters is that basically the principal has limited time.They are planning for a time when he won't be available and the risk of resistance to whoever takes over from individuals or groups that may not agree with the installation of the new despot. 

I hear the General fell off a Chair!!!!
