This picture was taken at State House, Entebbe. I remember my father had a strong sentimental attachment to those boots from his earlier army days. They still exist to this day. I'm the gentleman in full black suit on the second step. Please understand the little girl sitting alone. My sister Hasfa was last born at the time!
