{UAH} Where real power lies

The Vice President H.E major RTD  "Alupo Jessica Epel" earlier today's morning visited Gen Salim Saleh at his home in Gulu city.

The VP inspected a guard of honour at the entrance before meeting the Gen who is also the head OWC in the country and his family where they shared a light moment together.

While in their meeting, the two discussed ways of attaining middle income status for Uganda.
