{UAH} Buganda wants to be recognised -- BABU

Capt. Francis Babu: I don't think Buganda wants to be rewarded. It wants to be recognized.

I am one of those who wanted us to have regional governments. The British ruled us through the kings and had peace for 68 years. What is wrong with us doing the same?
