{UAH} Let Bobi form something for us to join if he hates Red Card Platform -- Ssemuju

Hon Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda on Radio Simba's Olutindo program:

"The People Power leaders don't have to lead this Red Card Platform. If anyone can convince them to come and join this and even lead it, let him or her do it because Dr. Besigye tried.

He met Hon Kyagulanyi thrice and did the same with Hon Norbert Mao. If they aren't comfortable coming to the Red Card Platform, let them announce what they are comfortable with and we shall come and follow them under their leadership.

What we can't accept is for you to sit in your party offices and direct that do nothing and then say nobody else should organize to oppose Museveni in anyway until I have the guts to come up and lead something.

If you are on steering of the car as you say, please drive and we be comfortable in our passenger seats. But if you just sit on the steering and you aren't driving but just waiting for the next EC Road Map, we aren't going to be able to do that.

To say that we stay home and wait until NUP comes up with something, which they don't seem ready to do, would be to say we have been toiling for nothing all these years.

Why would you want us to stop pushing for Museveni exit now yet this is what we have always been doing every after elections.

Unless you are saying we be like Dr. Paul Kawanga Semogerere under the IPFC in 1996 when they went to Kabuusu and shed tears and announced boycott of politics and gave up on everything because Museveni stole their votes."
