{UAH} WELL LET US SHIFT THIS GOD DAMN CAR INTO THE REVERSE GEAR

Friends

If you have a good car like mine, yes I have a good car nice 2021, it has a large screen that if I put in reverse it will show me a Racoon passing by, the sensors will beep and I will wait till that Racoon passes. I need us to look at Uganda from that perspective than the nonsense being pumped up by those born in Museveni’s government, or the usual stalls. First name in this piece is going to be The Hon Mayanja Nkangi. Born in 1932 and dead in 2017, Nkangi was a Lair {Lawyer} and as many Uganda Lairs ended up a politician, Nkangi started a political party United Party then he joined Kabaka Yekka, in 1962 elected Masaka representative, after independence he served as a minister without portfolio in Economic affairs ministry. He was a Katikiro of Buganda, when the Lutwas came in he was appointed minister of Labor, Museveni made him a Minister of Education, Minister of planning, Minister of finance and minister of Justice. Nkangi stayed in UK for a time, he got educated in UK so he travelled as well.

So educate me on this one, what actually failed Mayanja Nkangi to build Buganda region? Was it Mutesa the second, was it Obote, was it Iddi Amin, was it Yusuf Lule, was it Obote two, was it Tito Okello, was it the presidential commission, was it Yoweri Museveni? Who exactly failed Mayanja Nkangi? The man never failed to only build Buganda Nkangi actually died with out owning a firkin house in Uganda for a home. I visited him as a minister of finance and he was living in a Nakyeyombekedde’s house, who was a teacher in Kyambogo. Who actually failed this man?

Let us look at Ssekabaka Mutesa the second, Mutesa loved Buganda I have no question about it, he was a man of the people he toured many schools including the  one I attended, but I need to pick up on one issue in his life, Mutesa was a very close friend of United Kingdom, they called him King Freddie, he defended a culture of Baganda never sell food for it is the food for the kids, and I grew up never selling food, if you needed it I gave it to you for free. Firkin Rwandans like Allan Barigye were getting Muwogo for free. It is a good policy, but what failed Ssekabaka to push that policy, into we will develop commercial growth of food for exportation? Buganda had the land, Buganda had the people, we are hardworking people, why didn’t he push that policy to get the Nanansi from Kyaggwe canned and sold as juice cans to his great friend the UK? What fruits did Buganda get out of that UK friendship? Both Ssekabaka and Mayanja Nkangi were in UK for a very long time, do you actually know a single thing they transferred from UK to Buganda?

Let us cruise right through to Olara Otunnu my favorite, right from firkin Mvara to Makerere University Ottunu was a leader, for his father was in East African politics. Ottunu was a Vice president of the UN General Assembly, he chaired the Contact Group on Global negotiations, chairman on Human rights, Minister of Foreign affairs, he was in the middle of the Nairobi peace jokes, Undersecretary General and special representative for children in armed conflicts, the man has a very long arm of accreditations and appointments that I can take a whole day listing. What has Olara Otunu delivered into Mucwiini? If he dies today what do those in Mucwiini look at and remember the great son that got so many appointments/accreditations delivered? OLara Otunnu travelled very well, he lived in United States and he clearly understood the power of investing into regions, what investments has he done for the people of Mucwiini? Olara Otunnu to today does not own a home, he encroaches in Kampala and waits for a political appointment, he drives to Mucwiini, look at the poor people and drives back to Kampala. So educate me here who failed this man, was it Mutesa one, was it Obote whose government he well served in, was it Iddi Amin, was it the Tito Okello’s government that he served. Was it Museveni? Who exactly has failed this man from building his region?

Milton Obote right from firkin Akokoro was a political leader, through workers unions to independence fight to the State House. Obote loved Uganda and I have no question about that. Whenever he landed in Entebbe Obote went on his knees and kissed the tarmac, that is great. Obote died and was driven to Akokoro and interned, what do you as people from Akokoro look at today and wish more Obote’s were born in your region? A hospital, a research center, a community center, a sports arena for fuck sake. What is it you look at in Akokoro and the name of Obote sends chills through your back? The man was a Prime Minister, a president twice, and a man respected on the international community, can you write a biography on what Obote changed in firkin Akokoro? So in all his tribulations right from Kenya when he was in the Independence Movement to coming back to Uganda to becoming prime minister, to leading UPC party, to being a president twice, who actually failed him to deliver for Akokoro? Was it Mutesa two, was it his own government, was it Iddi Amin? Who exactly failed this man from even building a two room dispensary into firkin Akokoro?

Dr Kisekka was a very educated man, this man had a clinic in Wobulenzi he treated me too, so I knew the man that well, he was so smart that he earned a scholarship in Buddo, he was a representative in Buganda Lukiiko, a Minister of Health and Works for Buganda government, he remained in politics directly or indirectly to when Museveni made him a Prime minister and Vice president. To cut the long story short, to this day I do not demand what Kisekka did for Buganda or Uganda, I need to know where his God damn grave is. For no one seem to know exactly where Kisekka was buried. He died in London, and returned to Uganda, driven to Temangalo that was his farm during the vice presidency, but at the time he had even sold it, for that is all Kisekka owned in the entire country. Because they had to officially burry him, they rented a part of the Temangalo dug a grave, and diplomats showed up for the funeral, and as soon as the funeral ended, Kisekka was dug out to an unknown place. Who failed this man, was it Ssekabaka Mutesa the second, was it Obote, was it Iddi Amin or the Movement government he was both a prime minister and a vice president into?

Right from Owinyi, Nambyeco Kwania firkin Apac, Cosmas Adyebo was born a very smart man, he cruised right through all school till when he ended up in Prague with a Master’s degree in Economic Engineering Specializing in Mechanization and Automation of Management. Adyebo was an MP for Kwania county, a speaker of parliament, a senior advisor to the president and an elected member during the debating and promulgation of the 1995 constitution, he was a prime Minister and a member of the National resistance Council. What do we have in Apac today thanks to the great brain? If you have been in that district later than my self what took your mind and remember about this fool? And yes I call him a fool for as soon as he finished the schooling in Apac he never went back. Cosmas firkin Adyebo actually did not even teach in a single school in that district, he was a teacher in Nakawa and Makerere. Adyebo claims to have been a principle of Uganda college of Commerce in Aduku and I have a problem believing that for those very same years he was the member of Apach district council, so I do not know what is what as I do not know how you firkin can combine both. Who failed Cosmas Adyebo, was it Mutesa the second, Milton Obote, Iddi Amin, the Okello Okello junta, the presidential commission, or Yoweri Museveni?

I have written this piece without targeting any one sector, this is not anti UPC and it is not anti-Mengo, it is not anti-anybody, it is to show you a cross section of Ugandans and how they are a bunch of defects. The very same defects that sit in diaspora and call Iddi Amin a Buffoon, yes that is what they call him, for the man tried to do what all of them have failed to do president after president after president. Sit in this forum and read closely what they post, you will know them, they call Amin a Buffoon, and do you know what is so funny? They all stayed in Uganda until when the buffoon left office. As soon as the buffoon left office thy took it to the diaspora. And many are going to die and be buried in diaspora even though the buffoon died in 2003.

If you were born in Museveni’s regime or just before, please do not take us for fools, Uganda has a history, and that history is what we are looking at tonight, to analyze Museveni such a good man that has kept many of you even alive to this day, for trust me without Museveni, most of you would have been killed already by Acholi, all your wives would have been raped and daughters taken into forced marriages. I saw it and live. So cut the crap of going after Museveni and change your brain to finding a solution to Uganda’s problem, for as is it today, Uganda’s problem is not Museveni but the Uganda defect population. So you got a defect population, and amassed it with a defect Mwiiri education and what came out is what Uganda has been sitting in for almost 70 years. When a defect population owns a Mwiiri defect education what comes out is a population spinning its wheels, it never moves forward. You are chasing that tail and you always seem to reach it, and you will keep on chasing it till when the entire body mass looses strength and you tumble head first. The argument I heard in the sixties was Obote was the problem of Uganda for he is anti-Mengo, then Amin is the problem for he is anti-people, Obote two is the problem for he has Acholi, in 2021 thank God I have lived this long I am being educated how Museveni is the problem and if he leaves power Uganda will become a developed country. Uganda’s problem is a population that tis defect amassed with a Mwiiri education that is defect. Find a way to change that and the speed of your wheel spinning will slow down. Uganda population has been defect for a very long time as I have shown, it will continue to be defect until when it firkin snaps out of it.
