{UAH} Lady got Chlamydia. Chineeeeke....!

Hie Pemphero. I'd rather you don't post this but if you'll post, pls hide my id. I am woman in my 30s and am married. Over the holidays I was somewhere with my friends. I got too drunk and ended up having sex with a man whose surname I didn't even know (ndamudziwa panopa). He was a cousin to one of my friends and he slept with me in his car. He didn't even use a condom...thing is I don't remember saying yes to sex , I just remember when he was ejaculating its when I realised what was happening. I know it is rape but I can't report it to anyone. 

Why am here is that I have developed a very itchy STI and unfortunately I have already had sex with my husband several times since. So I went to the clinic yesterday and they want me to bring my husband for treatment too and not to do sex until I show no symptoms otherwise mankhwala sagwira ntchito. So how do I tell hubby or to say no to sex? Ps: my husband loves sex and now he's actually on holiday so its every day. Pe I don't know whom to talk to.. eish. Help me.
