{UAH} THIS IS "BYE-BYE"

Bye-Bye is Malawi smoked fish whose name(s) I want to know in Uganda.

Just as I am preparing to do some serious service to the sample here attached, my Malawi muchacha said the fish is called Bye-Bye bcos it looks like waving hands as in Bye-Bye.

And, to be honest it takes a full day or two days to cook the thingi to rendering its bones chewable and nothing like it left in the plate and suppa-dupppa yummilicious. 

The idea is to cook the thingi all the way to boneless without threading into pieces.

That is Bye-Bye
