1974 when we built that airport we used Uganda funds for we had money into Bank of Uganda. 50 years down the road we need UAE to build another one. Don't worry about what source paid for what construction, worry about a Black Dog that sees this particular construction as important to post, than asking straight questions, for example how much has that airport made since 1974, any profits? Have those profits become used on the new construction or not?
Without Ugandans asking those questions, even the one being proposed is going to go out in flames as the one built in 1974, and the very same black Dog is going to come back and praise the country on a new airport that will be built thanks to the Saudis come 2094. The real world does not end on praising new investments, but what achievement were received from those we did 50 years ago. Our population needs to start asking serious questions to make the leaders accountable.
Uganda has a whole lot of bad leaders but so are very weird and stupid black Dogs, they feed on. Oh Boeii !!!!!
