{UAH} Uganda has NO Land Problem - Perception!

There is a perception that there are land issues in Uganda. This is just a perception and nothing else. Europe (western) which has a population of 450 million and is less than the size of Congo Kinshasa or the former Sudan but has no land wrangles! Why?
There are organised human settlements and there is equally a lot of land for agriculture – Europe produce its own food and every one has a home unlike Uganda or largely Africa where people sleep in shacks!
